We translate key parts of the documents in question, and interpret Spanish/English between the parties involved.

We advise and assist you with getting a mortgage from a Spanish bank.

BUILDING WORK:
Before the purchase we advise you about what the laws are for building on the particular plot that you are interested in.
We find you an architect, builders, and other skilled workers to carry out the work.
In your absence, we keep you informed of the progress, and of decisions to be taken regarding materials etc.

UPKEEP AND USE OF YOUR PROPERTY:
We provide a maintenance service for unoccupied properties and if you wish to rent out your property, we can organise and administer that for you.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
We can help you with other procedures which may be necessary. For example: obtaining a residence permit or doing a tax declaration, as well as translations of documents.
